Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal or cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a representative designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us immediately:

By means of a clear statement (e.g., sent by mail, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel the purchase. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To cancel on time, it is sufficient that you have received your notification before the relevant deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you have validly and timely cancelled your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the one we offered), no later than fourteen days after the date on which we received notice of cancellation of the relevant purchase agreement. We will use the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will, however, bear any costs incurred as a result of such a refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, unless you have previously provided evidence of having returned the goods.

The goods must be returned within fourteen days of the date of valid cancellation of the order. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for any diminished value of the goods unless such diminished value is the result of the necessary investigation into the characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of cancellation

The law does not apply to orders which:

· Goods that spoil quickly after delivery or whose shelf life expires quickly;

· The supply of goods when, after delivery, they are mixed or are or become inseparably connected with other goods by their nature.
