Shipping
1.1 Order cancellation is possible until the order is processed and the goods are shipped.
1.2 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are clearly stated in the order. Payment for the goods is made by the customer using the payment method selected during the ordering process. The total amount due depends on the customer and is determined by the total order quantity at the end of the checkout process.
1.3 No responsibility can be attributed to Condizionati in the event of delays in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.
1.4 Delivery of the ordered goods is to street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is obligated to verify that the number of delivered packages matches the number stated on the delivery note and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and free from moisture or other alterations, including the sealing materials (tape or metal). Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancies in the number of packages or details, must be reported immediately by noting "RESERVATION OF INSPECTION" in writing (stating the reason for the reservation, e.g., "packaging, washed," "packaging crushed," etc.) on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's document is signed, the customer cannot contest the external condition of the delivered goods. All issues regarding the integrity, conformity, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 calendar days of international delivery.
``` 1.5 If the material is not collected from the warehouse within 5 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
1.6 Delivery times for each product vary depending on the product—from warehouse to warehouse, product availability, current stock depletion on the part of the manufacturer, etc.
1.7 Shipping costs do not include:
